About Kumar
From intimate fireside chats to colossal coliseums, Kumar commands the stage with a magnetic blend of wisdom, humor, and heart. His impact is palpable, filling even the grandest venues with thunderous applause and laughter.
A journey that began in a modest Indian household, Kumar's pursuit of a Masters in Computer Engineering led to a flourishing IT enterprise. Serendipity then steered him towards a thriving direct selling venture, a font of invaluable life lessons.
Beyond speaking engagements, Kumar is a mentor and advisor behind two thriving tech companies and a key investor and board member in a cutting-edge NJ based AI firm in the grocery retail sector.
Kumar’s influence as a leader stretches globally. He is a senior board member in a premium leadership training organization and an Executive Board member at one of the largest trade
organizations in the world. He is also actively engaged as a founder board member of three charitable organizations. A portion of the proceeds from his speaking business goes to these charities.
Kumar's literary prowess shines through a best-selling book about his mentor, published in six languages. A singer and film producer, Kumar's diverse talents are as boundless as his gratitude for his humble beginnings. Today, every endeavor is dedicated to his cherished wife and accomplished daughters. Their shared values of family, health, relationships, joy, wealth, and giving shape their world, fueling adventures across the globe.

1. COMMITMENT TO CONTINUITY
In a world overflowing with self-help advice and tips, many still struggle to stay consistent and are often overwhelmed with life’s curveballs like distractions, failures and disappointments. I teach simple steps that simplify their lives and help them achieve consistent results through the Power of Continuity.
As precursors to this Power, I explain two other Powers - The Power of the Unseen and the The Power of Letting Go, that enable you to overcome whatever is in your way to accomplish your dreams.
2. SPOKES ON THE WHEEL
If our life is a wheel, then the spokes that support the wheel are critical. Most people have 4 or 5 spokes, at the most. Like family,friends, faith, health and profession. Often, when one of them becomes shaky, people weaken the rest rather than strengthen them.
Here I talk about how to strengthen the spokes of the wheel your life and also how to add more spokes to it.
